Dylan O'Brien suffered a life-threatening stunt accident while filming Maze Runner: The Death Cure. He was dragged under one car while moving between two. 

Titanic (1997)

Titanic filmmaker James Cameron had many challenges that slowed filming. Stale food gave everyone on the set food illness one day. 

Kick-Ass 2 (2013)

Talila Craig was Chloe Grace Moretz's stunt double in Kick-Ass 2. Her head cracked open as she was slammed into a wall during an action scene. 

Waterworld (1995)

Transformers: Dark of the Moon (2011)

Many Transformers: Dark of the Moon extras were paid to drive near a stunt sequence. Unfortunately, one of the stunt cables snapped and injured Gabriela Cedillo.

The creatures utilized in Roar, a wild cat film, injured many of its actors. Lions injured cinematographer Jan de Bont's head.
